About Our Wedding Videography Services

Affordable
When we were in the process of planning our wedding, a quality wedding videographer
that was affordable was on our wishlist for the big day. That's why we strive to provide
high quality service at affordable rates, so your special day can be captured without
breaking the bank. Plus, you'll get two videographers!
Full Day Coverage
On your big day, there is so much that has to be coordinated! The last thing you want to
be worrying about is scheduling the start time of your videographer. With us, you won't
have to be wondering, "If I bought a 4 hour package, how will I ensure they capture
my bridal party getting ready and our first dance?" We are at your disposal the whole day.
Stress-Free
We usually don't stage moments - we truly believe the best wedding videos are those
that are captured genuinely. With two videographers and two 4k cameras, you can
rest assured that everything you wish to remember will be captured.
Personal
When a couple books with us, they will receive a brief questionnaire to fill out.
At first glance, the questionnaire's questions may seem strange. "What's your favorite
show to watch together?" may not seem like it has much to do with your wedding video,
but we are all about getting to know you as a couple before the big day. We are always
open to your ideas for how you would like your video to be stylistically and will do
everything we can to make a video that is just how you envisioned!

The Wedding Videography Process

So, you've decided to book with us. Yay! We can't wait to work with you to capture your special day! We've made the process streamlined and stress-free!

Booking With Us
The first thing to do is make sure we are available for your wedding date. On the "Book Wedding" page, you'll find our calendar for the rest of the year with our available dates. Please keep in mind that while we do our best to update it regularly, in times of high demand for new bookings it may not be completely up to date. If you see that your date is available, please fill out our booking form with the required information.

Securing Your Date
Within 48 hours we will respond to your booking form and answer any questions you may have. At this time, we can also set up a Zoom call with you and your fiancee so you can get a better feel for whether we are the right fit for your wedding day. Once you're all set to book, we will send you a contract that will need to be signed to secure your date. We also require a $300.00 booking fee at that time, which is non-refundable (the remaining $1,700 will be due two weeks before the wedding). We accept most credit and debit cards through the secure online payment processor "Square". We also accept cash or money orders. Once we have your booking fee and the signed contract, you are on our calendar!

Preparing for the Big Day
We understand that there is so much to prepare for and coordinate, so we try to make the wedding prep simple. A month before your wedding date, you will receive a questionnaire from us that will cover all of the plans for the wedding day. This questionnaire will also include some questions to get to know the two of you as a couple! We will need this questionnaire returned to us no later than two weeks before your wedding date. If something changes in regards to the schedule or location, we will need to be notified prior to the wedding date. At this time, (two weeks before your wedding date) the remainder of your payment will be due.

Your Wedding Day
With all of our plans already in place, you can rest easy knowing that your video is capturing everything while you just enjoy the moment.

The Red Carpet Premiere...
As the dance floor winds down and the night of your wedding comes to an end, the next leg of our work begins! After your wedding day, we take all of the footage we gathered to the editing room where we meticulously craft the footage to share all of the special moments of your big day in one feature length story. While we work on the full length movie, we will send you a 3-5 minute highlight reel to serve as a little appetizer while you wait for the full thing to be complete. You can expect your full length video to be sent to you in the format of your choice within eight weeks of your wedding day.

Grab the Popcorn!
Once you have your video, it's time to cozy up on the couch, pop up some popcorn, and relive the magic of your big day! You'll be surprised by all the little moments that you miss or forget about when swept up in the whirlwind of your wedding day, so now is your time to take it all in. Enjoy!
